Information used by the application
Store profiles contain administrator-provided details such as names, addresses, map coordinates, photos, contact information, social links and opening hours. Published profiles and aggregate ratings are visible to visitors.
Accounts and sessions
Administrator and owner accounts contain login identifiers and hashed passwords. The application uses short-lived JWT access tokens in browser memory and a refresh cookie to maintain login sessions. Access tokens expire after 15 minutes; refresh sessions last up to seven days. Logging out revokes the session.
Visitor activity
A visitor cookie identifies this browser for ratings and saved places. It can last up to one year. Clearing cookies can change that identity. Saved places may be associated with an account when signed in. Browser-based identification does not establish who a person is.
Location and external services
When you allow location access, your coordinates help find nearby places. They are not saved as a profile location. Maps, externally hosted images and social links may connect your browser to other providers. Opening email, phone or social links uses the corresponding application or service.
Storage and deletion
This version stores application records in MySQL through GoStore’s Spring Boot REST API. Deactivating a store hides its public listing and preserves its records. There is no automatic account or listing deletion feature. Contact the administrator about information you want corrected or removed.
Contact and reports
The report form prepares an email or WhatsApp draft; its contents are not submitted to the GoStore backend. If you send the draft, the selected service and recipient receive it.
